What are your heat packs made of?

All luv, boo heat packs are made from 100% cotton fabric (cotton poplin, duck or drill), and are filled with locally-sourced lupins. We use pure essential oils for any scented items.

How do I use my heat pack?

All of our heat packs can either be warmed in the microwave, or chilled in the freezer.

Each of our heat packs come with their own unique heating instructions (depending on their size). When you use your heat pack for the first time, we suggest heating it for less than the recommended time, so you can adjust the heating times depending on your own microwave.

If you would like to use your heat pack as a cool pack, just pop it in an airtight container or bag, and let it chill in the freezer for at least an hour - the longer the better!

How do I clean my heat pack?

All of our heat packs should be spot cleaned only. If needed, you can wipe your heat pack down with a damp cloth - but make sure it is fully dry before microwaving or freezing it again!

Do you do wholesale orders?

Do you do custom orders?

While we do not explicitly offer custom orders, if there is a design that you would like to see in the future, please get in touch with us.

Alternatively, if there is a fabric on our website that you would like in a different sized heat pack to what we offer, please contact us and we will see what we can arrange.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship domestically within Australia. However, we hope we can offer international delivery in the future, so please keep an eye out on our Instagram for any shipping updates!
